I’d like to return and/or exchange my item

Unfortunately, some products are NON-REFUNDABLE due to being personalised. If there is a fault with the product, they may be exchanged.

All returns must be placed within 14 days of receiving the order. Send an email to fiercequeenstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange. They’ll get back to you with what to do next.
 

How do I package my refund?

All we ask is that the items must be returned in their original condition. Pop them in to a suitable package and clearly label it with the reference number and address provided by our team via email.

Tip: we would suggest to use a tracked service to make sure they get back to us safe and sound 

 

How long will it take for the return to be processed?

After we’ve confirmed that we’ve received the items the refund should be in your account within 5-10 working days. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
